You run a hotel and a B&B, with about 60 reviews a month in total in the busy months. The Premium plan (€60 a month) covers 2 properties, each with its own platforms, and includes 100 replies a month shared between them: enough even in August.
After 14 days the account moves to the Free plan, with no charge: we never ask for your card. If you want a paid plan, you pick it from the app's Plan page whenever you like.

The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 property, 1 listing and 3 replies a month. You always see every review of the listing, with its text and author. When more reviews arrive than the replies included, the extra ones get no draft: for that you need a paid plan.
